Act I

Scene 1:

      • Place: Willie Clark’s two-room apartment in an old hotel on upper Broadway in the mid-eighties.
      • Time: 1972 – Early afternoon, mid-winter.

Scene 2:

      • Place: The same
      • Time: The following Monday. A few minutes before eleven.

Act II

Scene 1:

        • Place: A rehearsal set at the CBS Television Studio
        • Time: The following week

Scene 2:

        • Place: Willie’s apartment
        • Time: Two weeks later
