6 Dance Lessons in 6 Weeks PlaySynopsis

A formidable woman hires an acerbic dance instructor to give her lessons at her gulf-front condo in St. Petersburg Beach, Florida. Antagonism between this gay man and this widow of a Southern Baptist minister gives way to profound compatibility as they swing dance, tango, cha-cha, and execute contemporary dances while sharing secrets, joys and fears.

During the sixth and final lesson, she reveals a closely guarded secret – she is terminally ill. He shares his greatest gifts – loyalty and compassion.
